If fewer than three qualifying responses are created by day 30, we operate the same cohort for one additional 30-day period at no charge.
The additional period is subject to candidate truth, permissions, sender access, timely approvals and handoff obligations. It is not a refund, a new cohort, a placement or revenue guarantee, or unlimited continuation.
Every qualifying response is yours.
Hirebeam continues operating the activated candidate cohort throughout the full 30-day window. We do not stop at response three, charge per response, or take a percentage of placement fees. If the campaign creates ten, twenty, or more qualifying responses, your agency receives every one at the same flat rate.
